Dr. Viktoriia Gabal is a periodontist, lecturer, and researcher specializing in periodontal and peri-implant diseases, as well as preventive dentistry.
From 2012 to 2022, she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Dentistry at P.L. Shupyk National Healthcare University, lecturing on periodontal therapy, diagnostics, and peri-implant diseases to postgraduate dental students.
A Fellow of the American Academy of Oral and Systemic Health, Dr. Gabal is also a member of the British Society of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and the European Federation of Periodontology.
She earned her dental degree from the Faculty of Dentistry at Bogomolets National Medical University in Kyiv, Ukraine, in 2007.
In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Gabal lectures internationally and locally on periodontology, peri-implantitis, preventive dentistry, nutrition coaching, and integrative approaches to periodontology.
Her academic contributions include 10 publications in international journals and a textbook for dental assistants in Ukrainian.
For the past 15 years, Dr. Gabal has practiced as a periodontist in a private clinic in Kyiv. Since 2015, she has also been an iTOP Lecturer, organizing numerous iTOP events in Ukraine. Since 2022, she has extended her teaching to Canada and the USA, delivering iTOP programs for dental hygienists and dentists.
