Dr. Javier Rojas earned his DDS in 2009 from San Sebastian University (Chile), a specialization in Periodontology in 2011 (Chile), a Master of Science in 2015 (Chile), and a Fellowship in Implantology in 2017. He is a visiting professor at UNAB and an MSc thesis advisor in Public Health at U. Mayor in Chile.
Javier Rojas specializes in private practice with a focus on prevention, periodontal plastic surgery, and implantology. As a researcher in periodontal surgery, he integrates his expertise across various fields to develop innovative approaches to dental treatment. He has been an active iTOP lecturer since 2010.
With 20 years of experience in business, research, clinical specialties, and health management, Javier combines his broad knowledge to improve dental care. He is a frequent speaker at universities and congresses worldwide on topics such as periodontal plastic surgery, oral disease prevention, and implant procedures.
Dr. Rojas serves as a visiting professor at UNAB and as an MSc thesis advisor in Public Health at U. Mayor in Chile. He has contributed to the development of public health guidelines in oral hygiene for the Chilean Ministry of Health.
Outside of his professional work, Javier trains in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys touring on trail e-bikes.
