MUDr. Pavol Andel is the founder of Andel Dental Academy, a practical teaching center for training in dentistry and dental hygiene. He is an external lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine and has been an iTOP lecturer since 2006.

Pavol Andel is an experienced iTOP Lecturer, actively involved since 2006. Since 2008, he has shared his expertise as an external lecturer at the Faculty of Medicine in Bratislava and at the Medical Faculty of Pavol Jozef Šafárik in Košice, Slovakia.

He founded Andel Dental Academy in 2015, a practical training center for dentistry and dental hygiene, and launched the Civil Association Healthy Gums and the Dental Alarm prevention program in 2006. Pavol served as a Board Member of the Slovak Society of Orthodontics from 2009 to 2013 and has been active on advanced prevention and education committees since 2016.

With an MDDr. in Dental Medicine from Comenius University in Bratislava (2000) and specialized training in orthodontics, Pavol brings over 20 years of experience to his roles. Fluent in English and Slovak, he continues to advance dental education and practice through his contributions and initiatives.
