Tihanyi Dóra

Dr. Dóra Tihanyi is a guest lecturer at Semmelweis University in Hungary and the Head of Periodontology at the private clinic Denteam Dental. She has been an international iTOP lecturer since 2010.
Dóra Tihanyi graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry at Semmelweis University, Budapest, in 2002. She began her career at the Department of Periodontology, specializing first in general dentistry and later in periodontology, and contributed to education and curriculum development for over 15 years.
In 2009, she founded Denteam, a practice focused on high-quality, patient-centered care, where she leads a team of periodontists. Dóra has extensive experience delivering lectures, seminars, and hands-on training in periodontal therapy, maintenance, oral hygiene, and implantology. She is the first iTOP Lecturer in Hungary, leading the national team of instructors and advocating for prevention and the role of periodontology in overall health.
