Prof. Ana Piedad Delgado Tezna, dentist from Universidad del Valle, has worked as a lecturer at the university since 1993. She currently coordinates the Oral Health Assistants Program and the Removable Partial Prosthesis component of the undergraduate Dentistry program.

Ana Piedad Delgado graduated as a Dentist from Universidad del Valle, Cali, Colombia, in 1990, and earned a Master’s in ICT Mediated Education from Universidad Icesi. She completed a specialization in Teaching for Higher Education at the University of Santiago de Cali in 2016.

Since 1993, Ana has been teaching in the Hygienist and Dentistry program at Universidad del Valle and has maintained a private practice focused on comprehensive care, oral rehabilitation, and prevention. She coordinates the Oral Health Assistants Program and teaches iTOP in the preventive module.

An iTOP lecturer since 2015, Ana actively promotes iTOP across Latin America and has guest lectured at Universidad Libre and Universidad Santiago de Cali. She enjoys spending time with her young daughter, loves animals, and is passionate about movies, wine, and nature.
