Dr. Ivan Šeparović graduated in dentistry from Zagreb, Croatia, in 2016 and works in private practice. He is the author of a children’s book on the importance of brushing teeth and enjoys nature and aerial silks artistry.
Ivan Šeparović, DMD, is a dentist based in Croatia, working in private practice since graduating from the School of Dental Medicine in Zagreb in 2016. He is also a children’s author, writing Adrian and the Broken Promise to teach kids about oral hygiene, which has been translated into English and Slovak and adapted into a play.
Ivan is the founder of Pićnik under the Stars, an astronomy workshop combining education and storytelling. In his free time, he enjoys nature, sports, and practicing aerial silks.
Prevention in dentistry has been neglected for far too long, presumably due to the lack of evidence-based literature. Dr. Jiri Sedlmayer, in creating iTOP, gave us all a highly efficient tool for change and for improving our patients’ oral health. I strongly believe that iTOP is the future of dentistry; prevention is the future of dentistry, and iTOP is the global leader in prevention.
