Learning Objectives

Myths and truths about happiness and the thief of happiness

You will learn the 20 most common beliefs about happiness that can lead us away from happiness. 
You will also hear 20 beliefs of people who are usually happier than others. 
Our psyche is like a vessel that fills with resources that satisfy and make us happy. 
However, it also has cracks and holes through which our happiness escapes. 
We are then stressed, unhappy and burnt out. 

You will also learn about the 4 basic clans of thieves who rob us of our happiness.
