Course overview

Start Implant Success with Biofilm Control Before the First Incision

The iTOP Implant Introductory seminar is designed for dental professionals involved in implant planning, pre-surgical care, and therapy with simple implant solutions. This seminar introduces the core principles of the iTOP (Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis) approach, with a focus on preparing the patient and patient’s oral environment for surgical success.

Participants will learn to identify inflammation risks, implement pre-surgical hygiene strategies, and engage patients in behavior change to ensure a stable, clean foundation before implant placement. Both theoretical instruction and hands-on Touch-to-Teach (T2T) sessions emphasize the importance of personalized, evidence-based biofilm control as the starting point of long-term implant health.

From initial consultation through surgical planning, iTOP offers a science-backed framework that turns hygiene instructions and patient education into a strategic tool—not only for prevention, but for treatment success and long-term maintenance.

To secure your place, a non-refundable payment of £150 is required. However, if you book between 16th September and 15th December, you can use the code EARLYBIRD100 at checkout to enjoy the early bird rate of £50. From 16th December, the full price of £150 will apply.
