iTOP Overview

This introductory seminar equips oral health professionals with the tools to guide patients before orthodontic appliances are placed—when education has the greatest long-term impact, and during the therapy with braces.

Participants will be introduced to the principles of the iTOP (Individually Trained Oral Prophylaxis) philosophy, focusing on teaching proper oral hygiene in the pre-treatment phase, and adjustments while wearing the braces. It provides ortho specialists with a scientifically backed, patient-centred framework to:
