    Dr. Isabel Flores Allen, a prominent figure in dentistry, graduated in 2007 from Instituto Ciencias da Saude - Norte at the University of Porto. Specializing in orthodontics, she completed a clinical residency at the University of Michigan and an advanced surgery course at the University of Havana.
